Shipping & Return

International Shipping +

TOMBSTONE ships to selected international destinations.

For many international orders, applicable duties and VAT may be collected in advance during checkout. Where taxes and duties have been prepaid, customers should not normally be required to make an additional payment when the parcel is delivered.

However, customs requirements vary by destination. Any import duties, taxes, customs clearance charges, brokerage fees, or other charges not collected at checkout may remain the responsibility of the recipient.

Delivery estimates are provided for reference only and may be affected by customs inspections, local authorities, courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Returns and Refunds +

Due to the personal, delicate, and hygienic nature of fragrance products, all TOMBSTONE purchases are considered final sale.

We are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests based on personal preference, including dissatisfaction with the fragrance, packaging preferences, or a change of mind.

This policy does not affect any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under the laws of the customer’s country of residence.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products +

We carefully inspect and package every order before shipment. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our customer service team within seven calendar days of receiving the parcel.

Your request should include:

  • Your full name and order number;
  • A detailed description of the issue;
  • Clear photographs or videos showing the product, packaging, shipping box, and shipping label;
  • Photographs of any visible damage to the outer parcel.

Please retain the product and all original packaging until our customer service team has completed its assessment.

Claims submitted after the seven-day notification period, or claims without sufficient supporting evidence, may not be eligible for replacement or compensation.

Claim Review +

Our customer service team will review the information provided and normally respond within two business days.

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer:

  • A replacement product;
  • Replacement of the affected component;
  • Store credit;
  • A partial refund; or
  • A full refund.

The appropriate resolution will be determined after reviewing the nature of the issue, product availability, shipping destination, and applicable consumer protection requirements.

Please do not return any product without receiving written instructions from TOMBSTONE. Unauthorised returns may be refused and may delay the handling of your claim.

Approved Refunds +

Where a refund is approved, it will normally be issued to the original payment method.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, or card issuer. After a refund has been processed by TOMBSTONE, additional time may be required before the amount appears in your account.

Original shipping charges, duties, taxes, and customs-related fees are generally non-refundable unless the refund results from an error made by TOMBSTONE or where otherwise required by applicable law.

Late or Missing Refunds

If an approved refund has not appeared in your account, please first check with your bank, card issuer, or payment provider, as processing times may vary.

Should the refund remain unavailable after the payment provider’s stated processing period, please contact our customer service team with your order number and refund confirmation.

Late or Missing Refunds +

If an approved refund has not appeared in your account, please first check with your bank, card issuer, or payment provider, as processing times may vary.

Should the refund remain unavailable after the payment provider’s stated processing period, please contact our customer service team with your order number and refund confirmation.

Return Shipping +

Where TOMBSTONE requests that a damaged, defective, or incorrect product be returned, we will provide specific return instructions.

When the return is confirmed as being caused by a product defect, shipping damage, or an error on our part, TOMBSTONE will arrange or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs, subject to prior approval.

Customers should not independently return products or incur shipping costs without first receiving written authorisation.

Where customers are instructed to arrange the shipment themselves, a trackable shipping service should be used. TOMBSTONE cannot be responsible for unauthorised return parcels that are lost, delayed, damaged, or delivered to an incorrect address.

Failed Delivery and Incorrect Address +

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information when placing an order.

TOMBSTONE is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses;
  • Incorrect postal codes;
  • Missing apartment, building, or access information;
  • Unsuccessful delivery attempts;
  • Failure to collect a parcel;
  • Refusal to pay applicable customs charges; or
  • Refusal of delivery by the recipient.

If a parcel is returned to us under these circumstances, the customer may be responsible for any return shipping fees, customs charges, and the cost of reshipping the order.

Lost or Delayed Parcels +

If your parcel appears to be delayed or lost, please contact us so that we may request an investigation from the relevant shipping provider.

Courier investigations are subject to the carrier’s procedures and response times. A replacement or refund may only be issued after the shipment has been officially confirmed as lost, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Contact Us +

For questions relating to shipping, damaged products, returns, or refunds, please contact TOMBSTONE through the customer service email address published on our website.

Please include your order number in all correspondence so that we can assist you efficiently.

Policy Updates +

TOMBSTONE reserves the right to update or revise this Shipping & Return Policy when necessary. Any changes will take effect once the revised policy is published on our website.

These Terms of Use, together with the policies expressly referred to in them, constitute the agreement between you and TOMBSTONE regarding use of the Website.

Purchases are additionally governed by the applicable Terms and Conditions of Sale.

21.2 Severability

Where any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary. The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

21.3 No Waiver

A delay or failure by TOMBSTONE to enforce a provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or of any other right.

We may transfer our rights and obligations to another company as part of a reorganisation, merger, sale or transfer of the TOMBSTONE business, provided that this does not reduce any mandatory right available to you.

Nothing in this section limits any right to receive legally required consumer information in a language required by applicable law.
